Job Details:

• Coverage: Starts June - Ongoing

• Positions Open: 1

• Shift: 24 hour call 7a-7a

• Stretches of at least 7 days/month 

• Setting: Clinic and Inpatient Call

• Required Procedures/Job Duties: All ob/gyn procedures including more than 5 c-section in last 24 months & more than 5 hysterectomies in last 24 months

• EMR: EPIC 

• Support Staff: Lab Tech, LPN/LVN, MA, X-ray Tech, RN

• Number of beds: 10 

• Admissions: Clinic 16-25; inpatient 3-6

• EMR Training Requirements: Module (learn lessons) – Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training; EMR Virtual training – Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training

• Air Travel: Acceptable, Please detail any anticipated travel exceptions, for example a dietary restriction necessitating specific lodging situations

• Credentialing Information:Timeframe:60 days from state license issue 

• Credentialing with other facilities: Yes 

• Billing enrollment - Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less?  No

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted KS License 

• Board Certified or Board Eligible

• BLS by American Heart Association

• Active DEA

• Self Inquiry NPDB report is required 

• Availability at time of name clear

• Must have at least 2 years recent experience

• Clean Malpractice

• Clean Background
