- Pay: $120 Hr.
- Coverage: June 22, 2025 – January 03, 2026
- Needing coverage for 30 day shifts per month from 2 APCs each shift
- Inpatient shifts 7am-5pm 7 days a week.
- Providers will be scheduled for 4 shifts (40 hrs) on a rolling basis.
- Patients per shift: 18-20
- EMR: Epic
- Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
Requirements:
- Active unrestricted WA License or IMLC
- Active AHA ACLS & BLS certifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Board Certified
- Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
- Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
- Clean Malpractice/Background
