- Coverage: 06/02/25 – 12/31/25
- June: 10-12 open shifts
- July – August: 20+ open shifts/month
- September – ongoing: 10-12 open shifts a month
- Active unrestricted OR License
- Board Certified
- Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
- Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
- Clean Malpractice/Background
