Job Details:

• Pay: $305 Hr.
• Coverage: ASAP – 6 months with option to extend, as needed - Full Time only
• Schedule: M-S 7a-5p x 4 days weekly- Requires at least 1 weekend/month availability
• Will be working Fontana & Ontario, CA
• Setting: Hospital
• Daily Responsibilities: General Anesthesia - General surgery, Orthopedics, GYN, Urology, possibly small bit of Neuro but not likely.
• No OB or Cardiac.
• Provider will see some healthy Peds patients but nothing significant and just standard cases.
• Facility does employ CRNA’s as well - candidates should be comfortable with the rare occurrence of needing to assist
• No Call
• Patients per shift: Depends on area designated but generally 4-6 cases per shift
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing timeframe: 12 weeks from the time application is submitted as target start but could start sooner depending on how quickly credentialing is completed

• Active unrestricted CA License
• Active AHA ACLS & BLS certifications
• Vaccination Requirement: Required
• Board Certified
• Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
• Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
• Clean Malpractice/Background
