Job Details:

• Coverage: Ongoing

• Positions Open: 1

• Shift: M-S 7a-5p x 4 days weekly- Requires at least 1 weekend/month availability

• Setting: Hospital

• Call Schedule/Responsibilities: No Call

• PPD/Census: Depends on area designated but generally 4-6 cases per shift

• EMR: EPIC

• Credentialing Time frame –Timeline is 12 weeks from the time application is submitted as target start but could start sooner depending on how quickly credentialing is completed

• Daily Responsibilities: General Anesthesia - General surgery, Orthopedics, GYN, Urology, possibly small bit of Neuro but not likely. No OB or Cardiac. Provider will see some healthy Peds patients but nothing significant and just standard cases. Facility does employ CRNA’s as well - candidates should be comfortable with the rare occurrence of needing to assist

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted CA License 

• Board Certified

• BLS by American Heart Association - required

• Vaccination Requirement: Required

• Must have at least 2 years recent experience

• Clean Malpractice

• Clean Background
