• Pay: $234 Hr.
• Coverage: Minimum of 2 weeks on, preferably 4 /Full Time
• Schedule: M-F
• Board Certified Infectious Disease Clinician needed for small outpatient clinic
• Setting: attached to hospital, but outpatient clinic
• Required Procedures: in office dressing changes/wound care
• Patients per shift: 10-14
• EMR: Cerner
• Credentialing timeframe: 30-90 days

• Active unrestricted AZ License
• Board Certified
• Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
• Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
