• Pay: $250 Hr.
• Coverage: 04/1/25 – 04/01/26
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p with 1 hour unpaid lunch.  
• 4 weeks per month starting April 2025.
• Setting: Clinic Trauma Level III
• Required Procedures/Job Duties: See clinic patients, both new and established patients. Order and review testing, phone calls back to patients, prescription refills, etc.
• Census: Patient population: Adult, Geriatric
• Number of beds, 6
• Patients per shift: 16 patients
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing timeframe: 60 days. Emergency temp privs available: 30-45 days

• Active unrestricted CO License or IMLC
• Active DEA
• Active AHA BLS certifications
• Board Certified
• Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
• Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
