• Pay: $215 Hr.
• Coverage:
• Schedule: 24 to 48 hour in-house weekend coverage for family birthing center and ED
• Setting:  Family Birthing Center
• Approx 950 deliveries annually, 2.6/day. 
• Duties: 24 hour shift covering all triage, LDRP and gyn patients (ED and inpatient)
• Days per month:  four (weekends)
• Support Staff:  L&D RNs, NNP, anesthesia, OR staff
• Types of cases - Mostly local private practice patients.  Approx 20 no prenatal care/year and 44 midwife patients that are brought to hospital for delivery.  We do not have midwives practicing at our facility yet.  
• Admissions per day, Patients/day - Average delivery volume in 2024 was 2.6 del/day. That is probably close to our daily admit rate. We did admit 63 antepartum pts last year for 121 pt days. We saw just over 6 pts/day through triage. Roughly 2/day were admitted and 4 were discharged.
• EMR: Cerner
• Credentialing timeframe: 3 months, sooner depending on applicant

• Active unrestricted AZ License or IMLC
• Active AHA ACLS & BLS certifications
• Active DEA
• Board Certified
• Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
• Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
