• Pay: $110 Hr.
• Coverage: ASAP – 6 months
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.
• Setting: Clinic
• Daily Responsibilities: Skin Screenings, Biopsies, Rash, Acne/Accutane, Botox Injections a plus (Non cosmetic) for Hyper Hidrosis.
• No Call
• Patients per shift: Estimated 24-26 Patients per day – 15 Minute appointments but also built in time for documenting/catch up each 4 hour block
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing timeframe: 12 weeks from time application submitted.

• Active unrestricted CA License
• Active AHA BLS certifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Board Certified
• Must have Medical Experience with Dermatology
• Vaccination Requirement: Preferred – will consider waivers
• Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
• Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
• Clean Malpractice/Background
