• Pay: $120 Hr.
• 7 on, 7 off coverage model
• Day shift:  7a-5p
• Night Shift:  7p-7a (day hospitalist will hand off to night APP)
• Procedures:  Doc do the procedures
• Intubations - CRNAs on-call 24/7
• Lines - PICC team on-call 24/7 for CVCs; IR available on Tuesday and Thursday
• Codes - ED-managed with Hospitalist support (when on-site)
• Patients per shift: 20-25 patient encounters per day (10-12 for APP)
• EMR: Meditech
• Credentialing timeframe: Need clean file to credential quickly - can get temps

• Active unrestricted OK License
• Active AHA ACLS & BLS certifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Board Certified
• Can’t live within 50 miles of the facility.
• Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
