• Pay:
  • $298 /hr.
  • Night call: $533 (include 2.5 hours gratis)
  • 24 hr call: $2,785 (include 4 hours gratis)
• Coverage: 05/01/2025 – Ongoing
• Need urology coverage for clinic and call coverage.
• Prefers providers who are able to perform prostate biopsy with an RN and no ultrasound tech at the site.
• Setting: Clinic and Call
• Duties: Clinic and Call duties
• Required Procedures: TRUS Biopsies of prostate, cystoscopy, cystoscopy and dilation
•  Providers will do rounding during the week on their post op patients, but no other rounding required.
• Patients per shift: 30 patients scheduled per day in the clinic with 5 in clinic procedures per day.
• On surgery days, there will typically be 4 surgeries scheduled. 
• May get 1-3 stone cases while working.
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing timeframe: 90 days

• Active unrestricted ND License
• Active DEA
• Board Certified – Urology
• Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
• Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
• Clean Malpractice/Background
