• Pay: $249 Hr.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 6a-3p weekend and call optional
• Types of cases: Vascular, Gyn, Ortho, Trauma, Cysto, ENT, Neuro, Orthospine, General, Robotic, Cardiothoracic (Hearts and Valves), Thoracic-Lungs, OB-non high risk, GI, EP, MRI, CT, Cathlab, Bronch Lab, Plastics, healthy day surgery Peds, Podiatry
• Avg # of monthly cases: 1,800
• Avg monthly OB Delivery: 325
• Care Team Model: 22 CRNA; 8 MD
• EMR: Meditech
• Credentialing timeframe: 120 days

• Active unrestricted FL License
• Active AHA ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Board Certified
• Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
• Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
