• Pay: $1,930/ a day  
• Specialty: Electrophysiologist (Cardiology)
• Setting: Outpatient
• Schedule: 8-hour days between the clinics/cath lab
• Flexible in which days. 2-3 days a week. Could work at either 3 clinics for those days
• Type of patients / cases / procedures required: Adult only, EP Invasive procedures in Cath Lab and would see mix of EP and General in Clinic.
• Patients per shift: 16
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days

• Active unrestricted MN License or IMLC
• Active AHA ACLS & BLS certifications
• Vaccination Requirements: COVID and Flu req. Religious and Medical exemption is accepted
• Board Certified - Cardiologist with EP experience
• Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
• Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
