• Pay: $160 Hr.
• Coverage: ASAP – August 31, 2025
• Looking for full time experienced CT provider.
• Provider will work hospital or clinic hours with night call during the week.
• Schedule: 3 days hospital inpatient (M, W F), 2 days clinic (T & Th 8a-5p)
• No weekend call.
• Call coverage 7-8 days per month
• Call will include inpatient rounding and 1st assist callback
• Patients per shift: 8
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days

• Active unrestricted WA License or IMLC
• Active AHA ACLS & BLS certifications
• Board Certified
• Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
• Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
