Requirements:
- Active unrestricted NE License
- Active DEA
- Case logs from last 2 years
- Board Certified/Eligible – Urology
- Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
- Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
