Job Details:

• Pay: $200 Hr.
• Coverage: April 9-18
• Site is looking for a provider who can cover blocks of 7 or 10 days per month
• Shifts are 7a-7a
• Call schedule (i.e. 1:3 weekday and 1:3 weekend)
• Deliveries to include c-sections
• Procedures:
  • Low risk pregnancy - yes
  • High risk pregnancy -  limited high risk
  • FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE - yes
  • OB Ultrasounds - Performance of, interpretation - optional
  • * Level I/Screening (viability) - yes
  • * Level II/Targeted (anatomic) - no
  • Amniocentesis - no
• EMR: Medhost
• Credentialing timeframe: 30 days

• Active unrestricted AZ License
• Board Certified
• Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
• Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
• Clean Malpractice/Background
