Job Details:

• Coverage: April - Ongoing

• Position Open: 1

• Shift:  Inpatient - 8:30-5PM; M-F night call (new patients and ER calls) and one weekend/month 6a-6a Sat-Mon

• One week of inpatient and one week of outpatient. Facility will require call coverage 1 weekend/mo

• Is the provider expected to be onsite for a specified duration of the call shift? No

• Setting: Inpatient, call coverage, clinic 

• EMR:  EPIC 

• Support Staff: Nursing and Medical Assistant 

• Credentialing Information: Timeframe: 90 days

• Credentialing with other facilities; Yes

• No. of patients/day in clinic:  10-14

• Rounding required: YES

• Will the locum be the sole provider: NO 

• Will locum do admits: YES

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted WA License

• Board Certified

• BLS by American Heart Association - required

• Availability at time of name clear – Required

• Must have at least 2 years experience

• Clean Malpractice

• Clean Background
