• Pay: $320 Hr.
• Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm.
• No call
• Shifts:  Minimum 10 shifts per month
• Required Procedures: Must be proficient in all areas of diagnostic radiology to include, CT, Ultrasound, MRI, fluoroscopy, paras, thoras, abscess drains, etc.. If provider has mammo experience, must be able to read mammography to include stereotactic biopsies, needle localization, biopsies. 
• EMR: Meditech
• Credentialing timeframe: 90-120 days

• Active unrestricted FL License
• Active DEA
• Board Certified
• Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
• Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
