Job Details:

• Coverage: Ongoing

• Start Date: ASAP/April

• Position Open: 1

• Shift:  Thurs & Fri on site 7am-6pm; Sat and Sun on site 7a-7pm with night call one night (either Sat or Sun - TBD)

• Duties: Endoscopy call and procedures

• EMR: Provation

• Support Staff: RN support

• Travel Preferences: Preferred Lodging: Preferred hotels; Air Travel: Local, no flight. Please detail any anticipated travel exceptions, for example a dietary restriction necessitating specific lodging situations

• Credentialing Information: Timeframe:  3 months

• Credentialing with other facilities: No

• Billing enrollment - Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less? No 

• Admissions per day: 6-8Patients/day: 6-8

• Census for inpatient setting: 8-15

• Types of cases: EUS ERCP, endoscopy and coloscopy

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted WA License

• Board Certified/Board Eligible

• BLS by American Heart Association - required

• ERCP required

• EUS highly preferred

• Other Certifications – ACLS, DEA Required during credentialing

• Availability at time of name clear – Required

• Must have at least 2 years experience

• Clean Malpractice

• Clean Background
