Job Details:

• Pay: $150 Hr.
• Coverage: Mar. 1-13, Mar. 17-31. Can be flexible on dates Apr. forward.
• Rural hospital, down to one full-time physician.
• In need of call coverage three weeks per month
• Preference is for a locum willing to see some clinic patients while covering call, but will consider locum for call coverage only
• Required Skills: Low risk pregnancy, FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE, Routine delivery (Vaginal, Low forceps, Decision-making for c-section), Complicated delivery (C-section, Breech, Multiple births, Abruptions, VBAC's) Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations, OB Ultrasounds - Performance of, interpretation (Level I/Screening (viability), Level II/Targeted (anatomic), Amniocentesis, Surgical gynecology – Open, Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only - tubal ligation, LOA's, chronal tubation, Operative/major (includes diagnostic) - ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's, Office/minor gynecology - IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc.
• EMR: Cerner
• Credentialing timeframe: 60 days

• Active unrestricted WI License
• Active AHA BLS certifications
• Board Certified
• Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
• Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
• Clean Malpractice/Background
