| Job Details:
• Pay: $210 Hr.
• Coverage Dates: ASAP - 3 months with option to extend. • Shift Options: 5X8 or 4X10 hour shifts available • Weekly Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:45 a.m. – 3:15 p.m. or 6:45 a.m. – 5:15 p.m. or 2:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. • Weekend Shifts: 6:45 a.m. – 3:15 p.m. or 2:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. (30-minute lunch) • Night/Weekend Shifts: 9-10 evening shifts per 3-month contract; weekends every 2-3 weekends; flexibility required • Type of Patients/Cases: No OB; focus on Orthopedics, Urology, General Surgery, Spinals, GYN (healthy pediatrics only) • Patients per Day/Volume: Dependent on scheduled cases • Care Model: Care Team (CRNA under anesthesiologist supervision) • No Call • EMR: Health Connect • Credentialing timeframe: 90 days post-complete application Requirements: • Active unrestricted CA License
• Minimum 3 years of experience • Vaccination Requirement: Preferred • Board Certified • Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted. • Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references. |
