Job Details:

• Coverage: Ongoing; 10-20 shifts per month 

• Position Open: 1 - 2

• Shift: 24 hour call

• Setting: Inpatient

• Duties: inpatient rounding, ER consults, inpatient procedures, possibly scheduled high-risk patients

• Required Procedures: Colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP

•  EMR: Meditech

•  Patients per Day: 8-12 procedures per day

•  Support Staff: CRNA, MDA, RN, Tech

• Patients per day: around 10-15 census per day

•  Credentialing Information: Timeframe: 30 days or less, can request temp privileges

• Credentialing with other facilities? No

• Billing enrollment - Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less?: No

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted OH License

• Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterology

• BLS by American Heart Association - required

• Availability at time of name clear – Required

• Must have at least 2 years experience

• Clean Malpractice

• Clean Background
