Job Details:
- Pay: $120 Hr.
- Coverage: ASAP – 6 months
- Schedule: 2×10 Hour days per week – ideally Wednesday and Friday 8:30a-7:00p
- Daily Responsibilities: Will see a mix of baby and child visits and immunizations. Also will be conducting Physicals for healthy 9-12 year olds. All Ages up to Age 18
- No Call
- Patients per shift: Estimated 25-28 Patients per day
- EMR: Epic
- Credentialing timeframe: 12 weeks from time application submitted
Requirements:
- Active unrestricted CA License
- Active AHA BLS certifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Board Certified
- Vaccination Requirement: Preferred – will consider waivers
- Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
- Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
