Job Details:

• Pay:
  • $234 HR.
• Coverage: ASAP – 6 Months with option to extend
• Schedule: Monday – Saturday – 4x10’s - 40 hours per week. (Mostly 7a-5p; but may include 11a-9p or 1p-11p) Flexibility is needed.
• Daily Responsibilities: General, Ortho, Uro, GYN, Gastro, Head and Neck, Thoracic – OR Coverage only
• No Call
• Number of Providers Per Shift & Support Staff: 1:3 MD Supervision Model
• Patients per shift: Variable based on room assignment
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing timeframe: 12 Weeks from application submission

• Active unrestricted CA License
• Active AHA BLS certifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Board Certified
• Vaccination Requirement: Preferred
• Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
• Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
