Job Details:

•    Pay: $115 Hr. 
•    Coverage: ASAP – June 6, 2025
•    Provider will work Clinic and call.
•    Schedule would be 2-3 days of clinic a week with 2 days call or 2-3 days call and only 2 days clinic.
•    Hours: Hospital (Monday – Sunday, 7a-5p.) Clinic (Monday – Friday, 8a-4:30p.)
•    Call Schedule: Wouldn’t be on call & Clinic at the same time. 
•    Providers must be experienced with cardiology.
•    Patients per shift: 14
•    EMR: Epic 
•    Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days 

 
 
Requirements:

•    Active unrestricted WA License Or IMLC  
•    Active DEA 
•    Active AHA ACLS & BLS certifications 
•    Minimum 3 years of experience 
•    Board Certified 
•    Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
•    Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
