Credentialing Timeframe: 60 - 90 Days.

ASAP 3 Months, with good possibility of extension. Providers must have flexibility in schedule. 10 Hour Shifts, 11 AM - 9:30 PM or 9am-9:30pm if 12 hour shif. No call.

Type of Patients/Cases/Procedures: Urgent Care but client requiring ER experience within the past 2 years due to acuity. Urgent Care, must be comfortable with triaging higher acuity patients, as needed.

Patients per Day/Volume: Average 3-4 patients per hour. 20 Minute appointments for Urgent Care. Providers must be comfortable with Fast Tracks as well as they have them on site and are 10 minute appointments.

Support Staff: Full Support RN staff and LVNs; Supervising Physician will be available for PAs.

Certifications/Qualifications Required: BLS, Board Certified Required, Active State License Required.

$85 per hour w/ $1000 sign on bonus
