Credentialing Timeframe: 60 - 90 Days.

Providers must have flexibility in schedule. Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: 4 - 10 hour shifts weekly with alternating weekends - 11 am - 9:30 pm OR 3 - 12 hour shifts weekly 9a-9:30p. No call.

Type of Patients/Cases/Procedures: Need experience in ER within the past 2 years due to acuity of patients. Urgent Care, must be comfortable with triaging higher acuity patients, as needed.

Providers must be comfortable with Fast Tracks as well as they have them on site and are 10 minute appointments.

Support Staff: Full Support RN staff and LVNs; Supervising Physician will be available for PAs.

Certifications/Qualifications Required: BLS, Board Certified Required, Active State License Required.

$85 per hour w/ $1000 sign on bonus
