◊ Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 Days

JOB INFORMATION:
◊ Total Number of FTE’s needed? 3.0 FTE
◊ EMR: Health Connect. EPIC Experience highly preferred but at least a good skillset of EMR & Technology required. Virtual Platform built directly into Health Connect
◊ Coverage Dates: 3 - 6 Month Positions
◊ Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: Monday – Friday – 8 Hour days - Training onsite required for 1 week prior to transitioning into virtual role
◊ Call Schedule/Responsibilities: No Call but if a patient reached out after hours, must be ok with directing accordingly
◊ Type of Patients/Cases: Focused Psychotherapy positions in a brief therapy model - 8 week model to address conditions including depression, anxiety, relationship issues (Couples), work stress, and includes making referrals to mental health groups for concurrent therapy. Provider must be comfortable in a structured model of care. Both Child positions available
◊ Patients per Day/Volume: Typical appointment 45-50 minutes with 10 minutes to document notes and start next appointment.
◊ Inpatient or Outpatient: Virtual Care / Video

REQUIREMENTS:
◊ What is the minimum length of commitment requirement? Minimum number of shifts required per month? 3-6 Months – Minimum 3 Days per week but prefer full time

◊ Procedures/Cases Required: CBT, DBT, ACT, Fact Skills therapy

◊ Board Certified Required: Certified
