◊ Patients per Day/Volume: patient appointments scheduled every 15 minutes, patients per day will depend on length of shift at approx. 4 patients per hour.

◊ Responsible of Mid-Level Providers: No
◊ EMR: EPIC – proficiency highly preferred
◊ Certifications/Qualifications Required (ACLS, BLS, MSQA, TEE, etc.): BLS
◊ Education Requirements (particular Residencies, particular Fellowships, etc.): for physicians, IM/FP residency
 Board Certified required
◊ IMLC State: Yes
◊ Active State License Required? Active WA license or IMLC candidate preferred. May consider lic candidates if no other options.
◊ CSR/DEA Requirements (State or Client): WA DEA required
◊ Miscellaneous Information: Site highly prefers 1 candidate to stay and work full time, but will consider complementary schedules for 2 part time candidates.
