Job Description
Summary: Pulmonologist - Under direction from the clinical chairman, provides patient care in both the inpatient and outpatient setting.
Schedule/Availability Requirements:
Monday through Thursday 0800-1700, Friday 0800-1400
In need for 1-2 months
Facility Location: Prescott, AZ
Setting: Clinic, possibility of periodically being on call
FTE: 1.0
Duties: New Patient Consults
EMR: Cerner
Support Staff: Medical Assistant, Front Office Assistant
Reason for Coverage: Physician LOA
Travel Preferences:
Preferred Lodging: Preferred hotels
Air Travel: Local, preferred but not required
Credentialing Information:
Timeframe: 1-2 months
Requirements: MD, DO
Additional Details / Questions Answered by Facility:
Approximately 10-12 new patients a day
First day consists of hospital orientation, second day med staff/IT Training, IT Training. First and second clinic day IT elbow support will be arranged.

I am a U.S. Army Veteran (10 years in service). I have three beautiful kids Alexa Noemy (age 6), Erasto Ezrah (age 5) and my youngest Eithen Jovier (age 9 months). I have 15 years of experience in the Physician Recruiting Industry.
I love to grill, cook, watch movies, hiking and the outdoors. I really enjoy all those things more, while doing them with my family. My goals include being a leader of a team/company, building houses in El Salvador and in Mexico for my family to retreat to, owning 26+ acres of land (in Oklahoma or Texas) with my siblings for us to enjoy and pass down to our kids and lastly, I will retire my mom.
