Job Description
**IMMEDIATE MAY COVERAGE NEEDED. CLIENT CAN ISSUE EMERGENCY PRIVS IF PROVIDER HAS IMLC OR ND. LICENSE!**
8 hour clinic M-F: Hourly 8am-5pm (hourly or daily)
Night Call (Week nights): includes 2.5 hours gratis 24-hr all with 4 hours gratis (Weekends)
Call Back Schedule/Availability Requirements:
Start: IMMEDIATE COVERAGE NEEDED FOR MAY: 5/16-5/24 7am-7am
Long-term availability - looking for coverage until a permanent provider is hired. Looking for 1 year of coverage to cover all requirements. For Clinic support, Surgical Blocks are on Tuesday mornings. Site prefers clinical coverage 3-5 days per week to include Fridays. Clinic is
8-5 but can be adjusted for later starts based on call.

Credentialing Information: Timeframe: 2 weeks
Admissions per day, 5 Patients/day, 5-10, Hospital has close to 700 births per year. Looking for a provider who is interested in practice and surgical growth.

A bit about myself, I am a middle child of 3. My brother Eli is the oldest and my sister Lucy is the youngest. My parents are from Mexico, arriba San Luis Potosi! I was born in Queens, New York. I am a U.S. Army Veteran (10 years in service). I have three beautiful kids Alexa Noemy (age 6), Erasto Ezrah (age 5) and my youngest Eithen Jovier (age 9 months). I have 15 years of experience in the Physician Recruiting Industry.
I love to grill, cook, watch movies, hiking and the outdoors. I really enjoy all those things more, while doing them with my family. My goals include being a leader of a team/company, building houses in El Salvador and in Mexico for my family to retreat to, owning 26+ acres of land (in Oklahoma or Texas) with my siblings for us to enjoy and pass down to our kids and lastly, I will retire my mom.
