8/1-8/12 - 7pm-7am

Details:

-Average number of patients per day? 25

-Average number of Admissions? 3- Adult % and Peds %? 85%/25%

-Is PALS required? No, but strongly encouraged

-Any specific required procedures other than general EM? All ACLS required procedures. CRNA available for intubation

-Anything else specific to Devils Lake required? Provider to use hospital apartment/sleep

-Is there call after the 7p=7a shifts or only 7a-7p? No, but if provider available for call back due to serious trauma will pay agreed hourly rate.

-EMR system details: Meditech 6.0

-Credentialing timeframe 90 days from completed app.

- Emergency credentialing available

-The shifts are 12 hours 7AM -7pm or 7pm -7AM. About 30% of the time there is another APP working 11AM -11 PM. 14 days of the month the 7AM -7pm shift is covered by a physician. The NP or PA must be confident of his/her emergency room skills.
