Schedule/Availability Requirements:

Start: Upon credentialing (June 2023)

Duration: 6+ months

Assignment: 24-hour call coverage, 1 weekend per month.

Facility Location: Silverdale, WA 98383.

Setting: Inpatient

Duties: 100% Adult5-10 per day0-3 admits 2-7 ICU1-2 Surgeries

Required Procedures:

General CV/Thoracic Surgery - Open &; Endoscopic Coronary Artery bypass surgery - on pump

Valvular - repair & replacement 

PREFERRED:

General CV/Thoracic Surgery- Open

Endoscopic Coronary Artery bypass surgery - on pump

Valvular - repair & replacement 

PREFERRED Procedures:

Ventilation Management Eval and Manage of acute vol/BP issues

Insertion of Central Line

NOT REQUIRED Procedures: Bronchoscopy Arterial line PA catheter IABP

EMR: EPIC

Support Staff: Two other physicians and four mid levels

Reason for Coverage: Backfill for current locum

Travel Preferences:

Preferred Lodging: Oxford Inn & Suites

Air Travel: Local PREFERRED; will reimburse for travel
