Covid vaccine and booster required.

Pediatric Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.

Dates of Coverage: ASAP - 13 Weeks with option to extend, as needed (Will accept 6 month commitment).

Setting: Clinic Patients.

Daily Responsibilities: Focus will be well child physicals and visits but will also see well baby, child, and immunizations.

Shifts/Schedule Expectations: 8:30a-5:00p, 30 minute lunch, No Call. P

PD/Census: Estimated 25-28 PPD on average.

Certifications required/accepted: Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

Credentialing Time frame: Estimated 60-90Days after completed app is submitted.

Must have active CA license.

$85 per hour w/ $1000 sign on bonus
