Job Description
Reason for Coverage: Shortage while provider out on leave indefinitely.
Coverage Dates (Long-term only): ASAP for 3 Months; 2 days per week (Preferably Thursday and Fridays but flexible); Orientation 1st week full week Monday- Friday).
Shift Schedule: 8 Hours daily, 8:30 am - 5pm; 2 Days per week; Prefer Thursday and Fridays but Flexible. No Call.
Type of Patients/Cases: Neurology outpatient clinic; Botox for migraines, injections and blocks; Medical management of neurological patients; Some consultations; Majority will be the procedural injections.
Patients per Day/Volume: Estimated 12-16 Patients per day.
Schedule 30 minutes per appointment.
Certifications/Qualifications required: Board Certified.
EMR: Health Connect/EPIC. Must have some type of EMR experience.
Support Staff: RNs and MAs on site but none dedicated as they run a team based model. No other advanced practitioners, all Neurologist Physicians.
Credentialing Timeframe: Estimated 90 Days.
Responsible for Mid-Level providers? (Yes or No): No.
Procedures Needed: Must have experience with Botox for medical reasons (Migraines) and blocks/injections.

I have 15 years of experience in the Physician Recruiting Industry.
I love to grill, cook, watch movies, hiking and the outdoors. I really enjoy all those things more, while doing them with my family. My goals include being a leader of a team/company, building houses in El Salvador and in Mexico for my family to retreat to, owning 26+ acres of land (in Oklahoma or Texas) with my siblings for us to enjoy and pass down to our kids and lastly, I will retire my mom.
