JOB INFORMATION:
◊ Total Number of FTE’s needed? 2.0 Positions
◊ Reason for Coverage: Shortage with increase in patient load & providers out on maternity leave
◊ EMR: Health Connect
◊ Coverage Dates (Specific, long term only): ASAP – 3 Months, with good possibility of extension
◊ Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: Riverside Schedule – 1PM-9:30 PM M-F
◊ Call Schedule/Responsibilities: No call
◊ Type of Patients/Cases/Procedures: 2 years UC experience minimum. Prefer ER experience, if possible due to acuity but not required. Urgent Care – must be comfortable with triaging higher acuity patients, as needed. Riverside sees higher acuity and facility sees 375 patients per day; Murrieta sees 275 patients per day
◊ Patients per Day/Volume: Average 3-4 patients per hour. 20 Minute appointments for Urgent Care. Providers must be comfortable with Fast Track’s as well as they have them on site and are 10 minute appointments
◊ Support Staff: Full Support RN staff and LVN’s; Supervising Physician will be available for PA’s

REQUIREMENTS:
◊ What is the minimum length of commitment requirement? Minimum number of shifts required per month? 13 Weeks (3 Months) with option to extend
◊ Certifications/Qualifications Required (ACLS, BLS, MSQA, TEE, etc.): BLS
◊ Board Certified Required: Certified
◊ IMLC State: No
◊ Active State License Required? Yes
