JOB INFORMATION:
• Vaccination Requirement: Required with Booster
• Specialty: OBGYN Physician 1st Assist
• Dates of Coverage: ASAP – 3 Months with option to extend, as needed (Prefer 6 months)

 Practice Description:
• Setting: OR Room – 1st Assist
• Daily Responsibilities: 1st Assist on OBGYN cases in OR – Robotics experience a huge plus but not required. Hysterectomies, laparoscopic, mastectomies, GYN cases
• Shifts/Schedule Expectations: Monday – Friday 7:30a-5:30p
• Call Schedule/Responsibilities: No Call
• PPD/Census: Census depends on cases scheduled that day
• Number of Providers Per Shift & Support Staff: Physicians, other NP’s, and MA’s/RN’s for Support

Certifications required/accepted: Certified Physician Assistant
Credentialing Time frame: Estimated 60 Days

Clinic open 7a-7p – provider will work 8 hours per day – 30 minute lunch – Client flexible

$85 per hour w/ $1000 sign on bonus
