JOB INFORMATION:
• Vaccination Requirement: Required with Booster
• Specialty: Physician Assistant Preferred or Nurse Practitioner
• Dates of Coverage: ASAP – 3 Months with option to extend

Practice Description:

• Setting: Clinic Patients
• Daily Responsibilities: Primary Care Outpatient – Assisting with Cold/Flu Surge – All ages preferred – Will do a little Tele Health (Phone and Video appointments but very little). Also do some in basket work (Emails, follow up’s with departments, patients, etc.)
• Call Schedule/Responsibilities: No Call – 8:30a-5:00p or 11:00a – 7:30p
• PPD/Census: Estimated 20-24 PPD on average

Certifications required/accepted: Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Credentialing Time frame – Are temps available: Estimated 45-60 Days
Will a licensing candidate be considered : No
