Specialty: Cardiovascular Physician Assistant First Assist.

Dates of Coverage: August 15th - December 31st.

Setting: OR and Hospital Floor Coverage.

Daily Responsibilities: Pulling Epicardial Wires, Chest Tubes, Vein Harvesting and MUST be proficient in EVH and First Assist. Endoscopic radial artery harvest experience preferred.

Shifts/Schedule Expectations: Monday - Friday but would prefer someone that is open to rotating weekends with days off during week. No Call.

PPD/Census: Estimated : Up to 4 Open Cases per day plus emergencies which typically the call person would be doing. Not expecting locums to take call.

Number of Providers Per Shift & Support Staff: 7 CV Surgeons, 8 Cardiovascular PAs.

Certifications required/accepted: Certified Physician Assistant.

Credentialing Time frame: Estimated 45-60 Days. Prefer licensed but will consider licensing candidates.

$85 per hour w/ $1000 sign on bonus
