JOB INFORMATION:
◊ Total Number of FTE’s needed? 2.0

◊ Coverage Dates ASAP, pending credentialing – 6 Months commitment initially preferred
◊ Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: Variety of shifts available. Most rotate evenly between Antioch & Walnut Creek and the Dublin Ambulatory Surgery Center. Weekday Shifts are 8 or 10 hour shifts. Full Time 40 hours weekly or close to
◊ Is call required? No Call
◊ Type of Anes Model and supervision ratio: Care Team Model – will mainly operate independent but if they would like to do some supervision, that is optional
Case types: general surgery, orthopedics, urology, ophthalmology, ENT, GYN, plastics, vascular, and podiatry (with robotic and laparoscopic variations for most of these cases); the two medical centers have busy/high-risk OB cases but should be able to work around this for locums

REQUIREMENTS:

• Certifications/Qualifications Required: BLS, ACLS
• Board Certified Required: Yes
• If BC is not required, Number of Years of Board Eligibility Allowed since Residency/Fellowship Completion: 2 Years
• IMLC State: No
• CSR/DEA Requirements (State or Client): DEA
