Job Description
Total Number of FTEs needed? 2.0. EMR: EPIC.
Coverage Dates ASAP, pending credentialing, 6 Months commitment initially preferred. Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: Variety of shifts available. Most rotate evenly between Antioch & Walnut Creek and the Dublin.
Weekday Shifts are 8 or 10 hour shifts. Full Time 40 hours weekly or close to. No Call.
Type of Anes Model and supervision ratio : Care Team Model will mainly operate independent but if they would like to do some supervision, that is optional.
Case types: general surgery, orthopedics, urology, ophthalmology, ENT, GYN, plastics, vascular, and podiatry (with robotic and laparoscopic variations for most of these cases); the two medical centers have busy/high-risk OB cases but should be able to work around this for locums.
Do you utilize AAs? # No.
Certifications/Qualifications Required: BLS, ACLS, Board Certified Required, Active State License Required at presentation.
Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 Days.

I love to grill, cook, watch movies, hiking and the outdoors. I really enjoy all those things more, while doing them with my family. My goals include being a leader of a team/company, building houses in El Salvador and in Mexico for my family to retreat to, owning 26+ acres of land (in Oklahoma or Texas) with my siblings for us to enjoy and pass down to our kids and lastly, I will retire my mom.
