Job Description
Reason for Coverage: Retirements/Vacancies. EMR: EPIC (Health Connect Kaiser Permanentes version of EPIC). Coverage Dates ASAP, pending credentialing 13 weeks with an option to extend.
Shift Schedule Details: OR Rooms, Multiple Shifts, 7a-5p 10 rooms, 5 rooms from 5p-7p, 3 rooms until midnight; Folsom 6 rooms from 7a-5p.
# of ORs currently being run: 10 ORs Main Roseville, 6 ORs Folsom ASC, OB Coverage in Roseville.
Type of Anes Model and supervision ratio : Care Team Model Supervisory Anesthesiologist for all CRNAs,
Case types: B&B, General Surgery, Ortho, GYN, Podiatry, ENT, Robotics, HNS. Heads: Some Head/Neck/Spine Cases but will try to limit but providers have to be able to take, if needed.
Hearts: No Peds: No. Regional blocks: If provider can. OB: Yes Ortho: Yes GI: Yes GYN: Yes Pain: No. Do you utilize AAs? #? No.
Certifications/Qualifications Required: BLS, ACLS, Board Certified Required, Active State License Required at presentation. Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 Days

I have 15 years of experience in the Physician Recruiting Industry.
I love to grill, cook, watch movies, hiking and the outdoors. I really enjoy all those things more, while doing them with my family. My goals include being a leader of a team/company, building houses in El Salvador and in Mexico for my family to retreat to, owning 26+ acres of land (in Oklahoma or Texas) with my siblings for us to enjoy and pass down to our kids and lastly, I will retire my mom.
