Reason for Coverage: Retirements/Vacancies.

EMR: EPIC (Health Connect  Kaiser Permanentes version of EPIC).

Coverage Dates ASAP, pending credentialing (February) 3 to 6 months.

Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: 7:30a-3:30p or 7:30a-5:30p, Monday through Friday Schedule 8 Hour or 10 hour days (4 days weekly). 

# of ORs currently being run: 13-15 ORs Running Daily.

Type of Anes Model and supervision ratio : 40 CRNAs/40 MDs on staff. Care team model (Each MD supervises 2-3 CRNA rooms daily).

CRNAs will be alone for induction and emergence, so candidates must be comfortable/confident working relatively independently (Although help is close by and available, especially for bigger cases) 

Case types: B&B, General Surgery, Ortho, GYN, Podiatry, ENT, Robotics, HNS 

Heads: Some Head/Neck/Spine Cases but will try to limit but providers have to be able to take, if needed. 

Hearts: No 

Peds: No.

OB: No. Ortho: Yes

GI: Yes 

GYN: Yes 

Pain: No.

Certifications/Qualifications Required: BLS, ACLS,

Board Certified Required: Yes. Active State License Required at presentation.

Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 Days
