Reason for Coverage: Facility is short-staffed as is due to very busy schedule, plus several staff CRNAs relocated to take other positions during pandemic, also expecting 3 retirements.

Coverage Dates ASAP, pending credentialing (February) 6 Months but expect the openings for the next year.

Shift Schedule Details: Monday - Friday, 8 Hour Schedule Daily. Option for varied schedules and 10s or 12s at some point if candidate is flexible.

No Call.

# of ORs currently being run: 8-9 OR rooms daily, 5-6 ASC, 2 Eye Center, 2 EP Lab.

Type of Anes Model and supervision ratio : Care team model, CRNA?s are able to perform own cases and work with lots of autonomy.

Case types: general surgery, MAC, eyes (cataracts), pediatrics, outpatient, endo, GI, pulmonary, oncology, orthopedics; OB/spinals/epidurals are a plus but not required - Client will offer as much orientation/proctoring as needed for candidate to feel comfortable seeing patients autonomously. typical onboarding and proctoring lasts one week.
