Job Details:

• Pay: $230 Hr.
• Coverage: 09/15/2025 – Ongoing
• Shifts: 3, 12-hour, or 4, 10-hour shifts per week.
• case mix includes, ENT, general surgery, GI Endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, OB, orthopedics, podiatry, (healthy) pediatric cases, robotic procedures, urology and vascular (no CT or Neuro)
• Medically supervised, care team model.
• Support 7 ORs in the main Surgery department; 4 ORs at the adjacent Surgi-Center; 2 GI treatment rooms; 1 bronchoscopy room, and 1 Cath lab. The team also provides OB coverage, but locums aren't usually assigned to OB.
• EMR: Cerner
• Credentialing timeframe: 90-120 Days

• Active unrestricted WA License or IMLC
• Active AHA ACLS & PALS certifications
• Board Certified
• Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
• Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
• Clean Malpractice/Background
